
Refund Policy
At Art Village Nursery, we are committed to providing a transparent and fair refund process for our families. Please review our refund policy below. If you have any questions, our team is always available to assist you.
1. Registration Fees
- Registration Fees: The registration fees are non-refundable.
2. Tuition Fees
Refund Eligibility:
- If the child attended the Nursery for 2 weeks or less, a month's fee is deducted.
- If the child attended two weeks to one month, two month's fees are deducted.
- If the child attends for more than a month, the full term's fees will be deducted.
No refunds or fee adjustments will be issued in case of absence or illness.
3. Withdrawal Process
- To request a refund, parents/guardians must submit a written withdrawal request to admin@artvillagenursery.com at least one month prior to the intended last day of attendance.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the last day of attendance.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are strictly non-refundable:
- Uniforms
- Additional resources
- Extra Curricular fees
- Transportation fees
5. Exceptional Circumstances
- In cases of exceptional circumstances (such as medical emergencies or family relocation), please contact our administration by email at admin@artvillagenursery.com, or call +971 04 288 6502 to discuss possible refund options. Each case will be reviewed individually.
6. Method of Refund
- Approved refunds will be issued via bank transfer to the original payer.
